BLUE WAVE merely lists a variety of known help options available for any person enquiring to follow up on and evaluate personally for themselves. With specific reference to alternate forms of treatment offered by some groups, individuals and organizations, such as but not limited to naturopathy, counselling groups involving animal therapy, etc - again, BLUE WAVE does NOT endorse or offer recommendation on any such alternate forms of treatment offered, but merely makes the person seeking help aware of some variety of options available, as are known to BLUE WAVE.

2. Use of Content

The Content is protected by copyright under both Canadian and foreign laws. Title to the Content remains with BLUE WAVE or its licensors. 4. BLUE WAVE Submissions

If you use a Public Area, such as a Quotes, Stories, Ripples, you are solely responsible for your own communications, the consequences of posting those communications, and your reliance on any communications found in the Public Areas. All submissions will be reviewed.

Posting the same note more than once or "spamming"; or
Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Public Area or the website, or which, in the judgment of BW, exposes BW or any of its clients or suppliers to any liability or detriment of any type.

BLUE WAVE reserves the right (but is not obligated) to do any or all of the following:

Remove communications which are abusive, illegal, or disruptive, or that otherwise fail to conform with these Terms and Conditions.
Terminate a user's access to Ripples upon any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Monitor, edit, or disclose any communication in the Public Areas.
Edit or delete any communication(s) posted on BW website, regardless of whether such communication(s) violate these standards.

BLUE WAVE may provide links to third-party websites. BLUE WAVE does not recommend and does not endorse the content on any third-party websites. BW is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites and does not make any representations regarding their content or accuracy. 6. INDEMNITY

In consideration for the use of this BW website, you agree to hold indemnify and hold harmless BLUE WAVE, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

7. YOUTH VIDEOS and INVOLVEMENT

Any persons depicted within BW photographs on this website or other associated media are shown with their permission or under license and any similarity to anyone living and coping with particular life issues is purely coincidental. Such personal stories shared within the website are attributed to the original author or to an alias name for the protection and privacy of the author as may be appropriate in the circumstances.

8. COMPLETE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and BW with respect to the use of the BW website, and Content. If you do not agree to the terms of this Disclaimer and our Privacy Policy or any revised policy, please exit the site immediately.
